How do I get Sponsored?
Tell us your story. Sponsorship is chosen through a lottery system. Placement will be at a facility that falls under the guidelines of the foundation.
What is It?
A special program that offers full payment for assisted living facility to those that qualify.
What does the program offer?
A qualified assisted living facility accepted under the Please and Thank You guide lines.
Who is eligible?
To be eligible applicants must meet certain age, health and income requirements.
Age: Applicants must be 65 years of age or older.
Health:
Income: Applicants may not have an income of more than $xxxxxx a year from all sources.
What is the cost?
This is a non-profit program. There are no fee for the placement and sponsorship program
